PharmOnline Founder 2022 NSW Premier’s Woman Of The Year – Astonishing New Win

The 2022 NSW Woman of the Year awards were held in Sydney on Wednesday 9 March 2022, and PharmOnline’s very own Founder and Director, Anna Barwick was named the winner.

Upon receiving her OTHER award, Regional Woman of the Year from NSW Minerals Council, Premier Dominic Perrottet congratulated Ms. Barwick on her achievement.

Ms Barwick’s achievements and her commitment to improving the health outcome and quality of life for women in the region showed incredible courage, perseverance, and dedication, according to Minister for Women, Bronnie Taylor.

“This prestigious award celebrates the nobility of character, commitment to change, and the strength to succeed, all attributes held by Anna” said Mrs Taylor

Ms. Barwick is a PhD student specialising in rural and women’s health. Through PharmOnline, her intention is to connect every household in Australia to pharmacy services.

PharmOnline offers a range of services for new parents, people with disabilities and chronic diseases, as well as people living in geographically isolated regions who need help managing medication safety.

2022 NSW Woman of the Year, Anna and her team are now even more dedicated to improving the health of rural populations.
